About Your Guide

Helen is a polymath who couldn’t decide what she wanted to do as there are so many interesting and exciting options. She is British and has lived in Bahrain, Mallorca, Qatar and Australia.
She has been a bookkeeper, EFL and maths teacher, businesswoman, life coach, meditation guide, cook at a retreat centre and has dabbled in stand up comedy and written a book or 3. She teaches meditation, writes, shares her journey on YouTube and occasionally marks maths exams. She sold most of her stuff in 2024 and bought a one-way ticket to Australia. She has not had an easy journey but discovering meditation saved her life. She put her dreams on hold for too long so her mission is to inspire others it’s never too late to heal and start following your heart. She is still scared most of the time but doesn’t let that stop her.
A Mindful Bush Walk and Kangaroo

A Mindful Bush Walk and Kangaroo

Take a few moments to leave the demands of everyday life behind and wander through the peaceful beauty of the Australian bush.

As you walk the winding trail, let the sound of footsteps on the sandy path bring your awareness into the present moment. Take in the rolling hills, the golden sunlight filtering through the trees, and the beauty that surrounds you. Sometimes, simply noticing is enough.

As the walk unfolds, reflect on your own journey. Life isn't always about reaching the next milestone. Often, the greatest growth happens quietly, one mindful step at a time.

As you reach the end of the trail, you may be greeted by a kangaroo, peacefully at home in its natural surroundings. Let it remind you that when we slow down and trust the path we're on, life often reveals unexpected moments of wonder.

May you finish this walk feeling grounded, refreshed, and deeply present.
