About Your Guide
I am a life coach, CBT and NLP practitioner, hypnotherapist, meditation guide and certified yoga teacher with more than 600 hours of training. My work brings together modern psychology, personal development, contemplative spirituality and the wisdom of yoga. Rather than treating these as separate disciplines, I draw upon each of them to help people understand their inner patterns and translate insight into practical change.
Over the years, I have supported people in areas such as emotional awareness, self-sabotage, limiting beliefs, confidence, identity, relationships, boundaries, goal-setting, consistency and life transitions. Much of my work explores the space between knowing what we want and being able to move towards it. We may consciously desire change while another part of us seeks safety in what is familiar. When this happens, we can become stuck in overthinking, avoidance, procrastination or repeated emotional reactions.
I believe these patterns are not evidence that something is wrong with us. They are often learned attempts to find safety, belonging or control. Lasting transformation does not come from judging or fighting ourselves. It begins by becoming curious about what our thoughts, emotions and behaviours may be trying to protect.
My approach combines clear teaching with reflection, guided meditation, visualization and practical exercises. I want people not only to understand an idea intellectually, but also to experience it inwardly and discover how it applies to everyday life. Awareness is essential, but insight alone is not always enough. Change becomes sustainable when awareness is supported by deliberate choices, compassionate structure and small actions that can be repeated over time.
Yoga and meditation form an important part of my own journey and my work. I am particularly drawn to Yoga Nidra and yoga philosophy because they invite us beneath the surface of habitual thinking. They help us observe the mind, reconnect with the body and discover a quieter awareness from which we can respond to life more consciously. I present these teachings in accessible language, always connecting ancient wisdom with the realities of modern living.
My understanding of spirituality is practical and inclusive. For me, spirituality is not about escaping ordinary life or pretending that difficulties do not exist. It is about meeting life more fully—with presence, courage, discernment and compassion. It is the movement from automatic reaction towards conscious response, from fear towards greater inner freedom, and from living according to inherited expectations towards a life that feels authentic and meaningful.
My mission is to create experiences that help people pause, listen inwardly and recognise that they are not powerless in the face of their conditioning. We may not always control what happens around us, but we can develop a different relationship with our thoughts, emotions and circumstances. We can learn to question old stories, make clearer choices and take the next honest step.
Through my journeys, I hope to offer a space where psychology and spirituality meet—where understanding leads to practice, practice leads to experience, and experience opens the possibility of genuine transformation. You do not have to become an entirely different person. Often, the journey is one of returning: returning to awareness, returning to what matters and returning to the deeper wisdom already present within you.
