With a background in mental health counselling and extensive training in hypnotherapy, energy healing, HeartMath®, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, and transpersonal practices, Rev J brings together mind, body, and spirit to create meditations that support healing, self-discovery, stress and anxiety relief, and greater self-regulation.
Rev J is a Trauma-Sensitive HeartMath® Practitioner and HeartMath® Certified Practitioner for Stress, Anxiety & Self-Regulation. She also channels her energetic collective, PESHMA, as well as her beloved group of spirit guides known as “The Gang,” bringing messages of light, love, hope, and healing through meditation and trance channelling.
Her deepest passion is helping others reconnect with their own inner wisdom and healing potential. Her philosophy is simple: you are more than your circumstances—you are Healthy, Whole, and Complete, just as you are.
