SÏRÏ Opli
I am SÏRÏ. Artist. Musician. Storykeeper. Mother of five. Creator of Drawing It Out (DIO). For most of my life, I have been listening. Listening beneath words. Listening beneath emotions. Listening beneath the stories people tell themselves about who they are and who they should be. My work is born from that listening. Through painting, music, writing, symbolism, and creative exploration, I create spaces where people can reconnect with their own wisdom, imagination, and truth. I do not teach technique as much as I teach remembering. Remembering how to hear yourself. Remembering how to trust yourself. Remembering how to create from the deepest parts of who you are. My paintings are often channelled rather than planned. My music arrives the same way. A colour appears. A melody arrives. A story unfolds. And I follow. For many years women have found their way to me during seasons of change—awakening, reinvention, grief, burnout, perimenopause, creative drought, and the quiet longing for something more authentic. Not because I have their answers. But because I help them find their own. Here you will find my art, music, teachings, reflections, and creative experiments. There are no boxes here. No rules about who you should become. Only an invitation: To create. To explore. To remember. To come home to yourself.

About Your Guide
I am an artist, musician, writer, teacher, coach, mother of five, and lifelong explorer of the inner world.
I have been painting, drawing, writing, and creating for as long as I can remember. Creativity has never been something I do. It is the way I move through life, make sense of the world, and listen to what wants to emerge.
I was educated as a teacher and spent many years helping others learn, grow, and find their way. Over time, my path expanded into coaching, emotional release work, intuitive guidance, music, writing, and art.
What I create does not fit neatly into categories.
I have no rules for my art.
I do not begin with a plan.
I channel.
The paintings arrive.
The music arrives.
The words arrive.
My role is to listen, trust, and allow.
Throughout my journey I have collaborated with many remarkable authors, teachers, and creators. One of my longest creative partnerships has been with author and meditation guide Tom Evans. Together we created the Just For Today messages and memes, a project that has touched people around the world for more than nine years.
People often ask about my philosophy.
It is simple.
I believe creativity is a birthright.
I believe every emotion carries wisdom.
I believe the body remembers what the mind has forgotten.
I believe art, music, stories, and symbols can open doors that logic alone cannot.
And I believe that peace is not something we find.
It is something we uncover beneath everything we are not.
I did not burn out.
I burned through.
Through expectations.
Through old identities.
Through roles that no longer fit.
As my children have grown and stepped into their own lives, I have stepped into a new season of my own.
A season of deeper authenticity.
A season of creativity without permission.
A season of walking my inner peace rather than searching for it.
Here I share the things I have gathered along the way: music, stories, reflections, creative practices, teachings, conversations, meditations, and art.
Not as answers.
But as invitations.
Invitations to listen more deeply.
Create more freely.
Trust yourself more fully.
And perhaps remember something you have always known.
If you have found your way here, welcome.
You may be arriving at exactly the right moment.
