Journey Description
Pavamana Mantra
Healing Mantras Part One, begins with the ancient Pavamana Mantra — a purifying prayer for spiritual transformation. It guides us from illusion towards truth, from darkness into light, and from limitation towards the limitless.
Medicine Buddha
The second mantra is the Medicine Buddha mantra, from the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. It invokes the compassion and boundless wisdom of the Medicine Buddha, who is associated with healing all forms of suffering. Addressed directly to him, this heartfelt prayer asks for healing and purification on every level of our being — from the physical body to the spiritual mind — and offers a pathway towards greater clarity, peace and wellbeing.
White Tara
White Tārā is a revered female Buddha in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, embodying kindness, healing, long life and compassionate wisdom. She is often called the “Mother of all Buddhas” because she represents pure, caring wisdom from which awakening grows. With her seven eyes, she is said to see the suffering of all beings and respond with compassion. Her presence reminds us to care for ourselves and others, while offering guidance and support on the path towards healing and enlightenment.
Om Sri Lakshmi Mantra - Open to Receive
Completing the journey through these four mantras, we arrive at a joyful celebration of life, gratitude and abundance, with an invocation and prayer to Goddess Lakshmi. Inspired by the Sanskrit mantra and woven with English words of abundance, this song welcomes Lakshmi’s blessings with flow and ease — a joyful reminder of the prosperity, generosity and beauty within us. Abundance is not only about material wealth, but also the wellbeing, spiritual richness, love and generosity we share with others.
