Healing Mantras Part 2

Healing Mantras Part 2

Gayatri mantra

Part Two of Healing Mantras begins with the oldest mantra known to humanity. The Gayatri mantra. This mantra is an ancient Sanskrit prayer from the Vedas, traditionally offered to the divine light of the sun. It asks for wisdom, clarity and guidance, helping us to awaken our inner light and live with greater awareness.

Prayer For All Beings - Amitabhaya mantra

The second mantra Prayer For All Beings - Amitabhaya mantra combines the traditional mantra with English words offered in remembrance of those who have passed, expressing love, gratitude and a wish for peace and comfort for departed loved ones. Amitabha is the Buddha of infinite light and compassion.

Green Tara mantra

The third mantra Green Tara mantra is a Buddhist embodiment of compassion in action, courage and protection. Her mantra calls upon her swift and fearless energy to help us move through fear, difficulty and obstacles with an open heart.

The Beauty Way - Maha mantra

As we complete our journey with the fourth mantra, The Beauty Way – Maha mantra offers a joyful expression of gratitude for the Dharmakaya path — the path of truth, compassion and awakening. Woven with English words of appreciation and the sacred Hare Krishna mantra, it celebrates the beauty of devotion and the remembrance of the divine within all things.

Healing Mantras Part 1

Healing Mantras Part 1

Pavamana Mantra

Healing Mantras Part One, begins with the ancient Pavamana Mantra — a purifying prayer for spiritual transformation. It guides us from illusion towards truth, from darkness into light, and from limitation towards the limitless.

Medicine Buddha

The second mantra is the Medicine Buddha mantra, from the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. It invokes the compassion and boundless wisdom of the Medicine Buddha, who is associated with healing all forms of suffering. Addressed directly to him, this heartfelt prayer asks for healing and purification on every level of our being — from the physical body to the spiritual mind — and offers a pathway towards greater clarity, peace and wellbeing.

White Tara

White Tārā is a revered female Buddha in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, embodying kindness, healing, long life and compassionate wisdom. She is often called the “Mother of all Buddhas” because she represents pure, caring wisdom from which awakening grows. With her seven eyes, she is said to see the suffering of all beings and respond with compassion. Her presence reminds us to care for ourselves and others, while offering guidance and support on the path towards healing and enlightenment.

Om Sri Lakshmi Mantra - Open to Receive

Completing the journey through these four mantras, we arrive at a joyful celebration of life, gratitude and abundance, with an invocation and prayer to Goddess Lakshmi. Inspired by the Sanskrit mantra and woven with English words of abundance, this song welcomes Lakshmi’s blessings with flow and ease — a joyful reminder of the prosperity, generosity and beauty within us. Abundance is not only about material wealth, but also the wellbeing, spiritual richness, love and generosity we share with others.

The Sound Of The Seasons - Spring

The Sound Of The Seasons - Spring

The Sound Of The Seasons includes an evolving collection of songs set to poetry—mostly by classic poets—inspired by the natural world and the changing season. Nested between the songs are instrumental flute pieces, accompanied by brief haiku-like reflections.

These intimate melodic flute pieces tune into the present moment, listening and responding to spaces in nature.

Each tune is paired with a small poem. Together, the songs, music and poetry form a seasonal journey through landscape and gentle reflections of friendship, celebration, memories and presence of the living world.

Listening To The Land Part 1 - Medicine Journey

Listening to The Land Part 1 - Medicine Journey

Each piece of music is my response to Earth's incredible blessings in the midst of loss and grief. Spending time in a local community garden and land further afield, reconnecting with family, letting go and making new friendships and learning to deepen my own practice of prayer.

Wooden flutes weave with harmonium, melodica, voice, drums, and ukulele, responding to the landscape and the dreams that draw us deeper into the medicine of the land. Breathing in and out the songs of Earth, Water, Fire, and Air, this journey is an invitation to return to the healing wisdom of nature. To listen with full presence and hold space for your own prayers and dreams as the journey unfolds.
